Refund policy

Returns: Due to the personal and artisanal nature of our products, custom and made-to-order soap bars are not eligible for return or exchange. Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery. To process your request, please include your order number and a photo of the damaged goods.
Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for products of equal value. To be eligible for an exchange, the original soap bar must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at the customer's shipping expense.
