Worldwide Shipping from Greece

All our products are handcrafted and shipped directly from our workshop in Greece.

• Domestic Shipping (Greece): Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Approximate time is estimated upon checkout.

• Customs & Duties:  International orders are shipped on DDU (delivery duty unpaid) terms, meaning Soapouneli is responsible for getting the goods to the final destination and the customer is responsible for covering any duties associated with the purchase. In case any import duty or tax costs are charged you will be invoiced and contacted by the courier services.

We accept custom and personalised orders. Please take the below into consideration before purchasing.

• Curing Period: Handmade soap requires a curing period of 4 to 6 weeks. This process is essential to ensure that your soap is hard, long-lasting, and perfectly pH-balanced. Custom orders will be shipped only after this period. 

• Returns: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders (specific scents/colors) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. 

Delivery Address Responsibility

Soapouneli Company will deliver to the address entered by the customer on our website. We cannot be held liable for any losses if the address provided is incorrect, regardless of any address held by PayPal or your credit card provider.
